Project presented by Tristan Rader from the Frederick & Berler Law company.  They would like to add the sign as an identifier and is meant to model/match the Harlan building across the street.  The sign will not be illuminated.  Also asking for permission for the vinyl signage on the glass window.

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

·         Will there be illumination in the future?

·         Does the font match your brand?

·         Are the letters pin-mounted?

·         Do you think it’s a disadvantage to have signage on the side street and not on E. 185th St.?

·         Is it stud mounted flush or raised a bit from the façade?

·         Is there an opportunity to clean the brick?

Motion to approve with the recommendation to pin-mount the letters instead of flush mounting to the facade.
